Why I started this blog

There are many reasons why I started this blog:

1. Accountability - I've always kept a fitness/food journal and I can type faster than I can write.

2. Family - My family is out of shape and their biggest excuse is they don't have time.  I am sympathetic to a point.  I've asked my mom is she could lose weight and get healthier with 15 minutes a day would she do it, her answer was still that she doesn't have the time.  13 minutes doesn't seem quite as long as 15 so I'm hoping she will try.  Her stress and blood pressure is sky high and I want to keep her on this earth for a while so I hope that with my workouts posted online she will have one less excuse.  Same goes for my dad.  He supposedly doesn't have time because he travels too much.  He can do these workouts anywhere if he just would start.  He's always been an athlete until a back injury got him out of his routine.  Now his back is better and he has weight to lose.  He said he will try and this is an easy way for him to do it!
