About me

You know those people who LOVE to workout?  Those who can spend hours in the gym and enjoy every minute. I am one of those people.  But now, I'm busy chasing around a drooling speed crawler and caring for my 84 year old grandma, so I'm lucky to get to the gym twice a week.  Since I'm "stuck" at home, I had to come up with something.  My "me" time is limited, but no matter what I don't miss my 13 minutes for anything, even grandma knows it.  When you do something everyday there are no "I'll do it tomorrows".  Doing it everyday is easier than every other day because it becomes part of your daily routine.  For me, it's after the baby is in bed, when grandma is watching the news, before my bedtime.  13 minutes is all it takes to be toned, have a clear head and feel better about myself.  If I have a chance to sneak in a run or hit the gym it's just a special treat.  I challenge you to give it a try.  Turn on the dvr, get off facebook and just do it!  You will thank yourself - I promise!
